Paul is a globally recognized authority on the social purpose of business. Since founding Impakt in 2001, Paul has been dedicated to helping businesses solve social problems.
In 2019, he established the Impakt Foundation for Social Change, a charitable organization with a mission of helping marginalized populations secure meaningful employment.
He has also written extensively about business and social change for publications including Advertising Age, Forbes, Financial Post, The Globe and Mail, The Guardian, Stanford Social Innovation Review and the LSE Business Review.
